BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The lead booker must be aged 18 or over.

Self Check in
Checking into your pod is anytime from 15.00 on the arrival day. The key will be in the key safe on your pod, the code for the safe will be provided to you prior to arrival.
Check Out
On day of departure, check out is by 10 am lock up and place your key in the key safe and scramble numbers. Please make sure you have all your personal belongings with you and that you have left the pod tidy, washed up, all food removed and rubbish taken to the recycling and refuse area.

General conduct

Children are most welcome. You are responsible for their supervision at all times.
There is a childrens play field provided and ball games are permitted there which is well away from cars and pods. No dogs are allowed in the Play field.

We are a peaceful site so please keep outside noise to a minimum level between 10pm and 8 am. Music, of any volume is not permitted outside during these times. Please be considerate to our neighbours when arriving or leaving the site.

We ask you to please treat the accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can sort it out. Accidents happen so If there has been any damage / breakages during your stay, please report it to us as we have a small stock of replacements.
Please make sure you, and anyone staying with you, respect the comfort and convenience of other site users. When you are on-site please do not behave in a way that is antisocial. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and this will result in you being asked to leave the site without refund.
If anyone on site disregards these rules and disrupts the enjoyment of others, the Site Staff have the right to ask them to leave the site.
In making a booking, you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
The pods will be inspected at the end of the stay and you may be charged for any loss, damage or extra cleaning if any damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required.
Day visitors are permitted by prior arrangement and should leave by 10pm and may not stay overnight. They must abide by the rules of the site.
We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.
No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, water, internet connection or television service.
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather.
The site is on the edge of the countryside. We cannot be responsible for the activities of others who work the or enjoy the land outside of our control. Sounds and smells by others cannot be controlled at certain times of the year and should be expected as a part of the experience.
3Trees Glamping shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building.
3Trees Glamping are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest or vehicles parked onsite.
