SITE RULES

Vehicles and Roads
Car Parking is provided onsite and is signposted to a gravelled area. Please do not drive on or park on the grass.
Please drive your vehicle or ride your bike / scooters with particular consideration for pedestrians, including children, animals and wildlife.
You must have a full current driving licence, insurance for the vehicle driven and follow the principles of road safety. Cars and motor vehicles must have a valid road fund licence.
Vehicle speeds should not exceed 5mph
Keep to the gravel roads, please do not drive on the grass.
We do NOT have electric vehicle charging at present but endeavour to add this in the near future.

The Environment
We are trying to be as Environmentally friendly as possible. Please help us by being environmentally conscious.

Water: Please try to ensure this is used sparingly. All waste water goes into the our own bio sewage treatment plant and then into a natural water course. We ask you use only the cleaning products provided and environmentally friendly hair and body wash products.

Do not use bleach or antibacterial products that go down the drain as these interfere with the waste water recycling system that we have.
Do not put anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet. There is a bin provided for anything else.

Please stick to the footpaths in the area, there are lots of lovely walk around us and remember to leave gates as you find them.
Please respect surrounding property including trees, fences, equipment and stock.

Electric.
Please turn off heating, lights and tv when not in use.
Please recycle as much as possible and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided in the refuse and recycling area. 

The bins are clearly labelled for card, paper, tin, plastics, glass and one bin is for general waste. 

At the end of your stay please remove all rubbish / recycling and take to the refuse area provided on site.
If you need to use medical equipment which results in clinical waste you must provide your own safe means of disposal and take these items off-site for disposal.
All Food that is prepared and eaten outside the accommodation i.e. on bbq and outside tables must be cleaned thoroughly and no food left outside as it could attract vermin.

Fire precautions
As soon as you can after you have arrived, get to know the fire safety precautions and locations of fire points.
Smoking is not permitted inside the pods or on the decking.
Candles, naked flames or fire lanterns are not permitted in the pods or on the decking. A USB rechargeable lantern is provided for your use.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the site.
Please make sure your electrical equipment complies with all the current British Standards and Regulations. We are responsible for the safety of electrical points up to socket outlets, so cables, plugs and all equipment connected to them are your responsibility.
Do not bring your own portable heater, heating is provided in each pod.

BBQ’s and Fire Pits
BBQ’s / Firepits will be provided for some pods. Do not use Disposable BBQs as they cannot be recycled and burn the grass.
Use only eco friendly firelighters and not flammable liquids to light the BBQ and firepit.
Never light a fire anywhere other than the fire pits provided, and do NOT move them from where they have been sited.
For everyones safety do not leave the BBQ and fire pit unattended once lit and please make sure children are supervised around the firepit and BBQ at ALL times.

Your Safety and Security
Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.
Please do not fly kites, model aircraft or drones or to use catapults, air-guns, fire-arms, bows and arrows, etc. on site.
Your vehicles, accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk. 3 Trees Glamping will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

The ground may be uneven as it is a new site and the ground is still settling, so take care underfoot.
If you identify a problem that we may not be aware of then please inform us as soon as possible.
